If you are an experienced parent adding to your family, you know of the uncertainty and elation that your bundle of joy brings. As your postpartum doula, it is my honor to guide you through the confusion and time of transition.  I will confirm your natural instincts, wisdom, and abilities while providing you with support, reassurance and encouragement. Helping Mom & Baby Sleep Class: This class is for the expectant or new parent. We will discuss the science of sleep, how to get the best sleep possible, tips for laying a solid sleep foundation for your newborn, common sleep issues, which sleep training method is right for your family. Infant Sleep 411  This is a drop-in group for you to ask questions about your baby. See classes page for more information.

CPR for Babysitters:  Teens are more likely to be hired for babysitting if they are CPR certified. This class is the American Heart Association Heartsaver course with an age restriction of 11-17. Topics covered include child CPR/choking and infant CPR/choking. See classes page for schedule.
