You will learn what to do in emergency situations and leave with the skills you need “just in case”. This is one class where you may never use what you learn but will be grateful that you do should the need arise. This class is also great for grandparents. There is no certification at the end of this class.
Becoming a new parent can be an exciting and frightening time in your life. If you are an experienced parent adding to your family, you know of the uncertainty and elation that your bundle of joy brings. As your postpartum doula, it is my honor to guide you through the confusion and time of transition. I will confirm your natural instincts, wisdom, and abilities while providing you with support, reassurance and encouragement. By meeting your physical, emotional and spiritual needs, I will bring a sense of security during the journey through unknown territory. Take my hand. Let's do this together.
